FAQ, or Frequently Asked Questions, are a list of questions and answers commonly asked by users. On the YouPublish Web site, however, FAQs are referred to as “Help.” Help is a more common term that users worldwide will interpret correctly. You can find the Help (or FAQ) section by scrolling to bottom of any page and clicking the “Help” link. Once you arrive on the Help page, you’ll see we have broken the questions into categories to make finding an answer even simpler. These categories include: The Big Three, General Questions, Files, Publish a File, People, and Mine.
If you’ve got a question, chances are it can be answered by visiting the Help page.
